Kolkata Chai Co. Free Merchandise Giveaway β Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Kolkata Chai Co. Free Merchandise Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all customers who make a purchase of $50 or more (excluding taxes and shipping) on KolkataChai.co from [Start Date] to October 1, 2024 ("Giveaway Period").
Employees, affiliates, distributors, and immediate family members of Kolkata Chai Co. are not eligible to participate.
2. Automatic Entry
Any customer who makes a qualifying purchase of $50 or more during the Giveaway Period will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.
No additional purchase, form, or entry method is necessary.
3. Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries on or after October 1, 2024, using a random selection tool or method chosen by Kolkata Chai Co.
Kolkata Chai Co. reserves the right to select multiple winners, depending on the total number of entries and available merchandise.
4. Prizes
The winners will receive free products from Kolkata Chai Co and it's affiliates. The specific items of merchandise will be determined by Kolkata Chai Co. and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other product.
Kolkata Chai Co. will contact the winners via email associated with the eligible purchase. Winners must claim their prize within 14 of notification. Failure to respond within this time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Publicity
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Kolkata Chai Co. to use their name, likeness, and any statements made by them in connection with the Giveaway for promotional purposes without compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Kolkata Chai Co. and its employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
7. No Legal Action
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree that they will not bring any legal action, proceeding, or claim against Kolkata Chai Co. or any of its officers, employees, or agents, under any circumstances, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, negligence, or product liability.
Kolkata Chai Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice, and its decisions on all matters related to the Giveaway shall be final and binding.
8. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Kolkata Chai Co.βs privacy policy, available at https://kolkatachai.co/policies/terms-of-service.
9. Miscellaneous
The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Kolkata Chai Co. and Giveaway participants regarding their participation in the Giveaway.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.
