How do I make this chai?
Steep one chai tea bag in a mug with hot water for 3-4 minutes. Remove, then add your favorite milk and sweetener. It's as simple as that.
How much caffeine is in chai?
It depends on how long you steep the tea bag for, but expect 40-50mg of caffeine per 8oz cup.
