How many cups can I make with one packet of chai mix?

Each packet of chai mix makes ~20 cups ($0.80 per cup) and each box of concentrate makes 16 cups ($2 per cup).

What exclusive perks come with my subscription?

How do I pause or cancel?

Upon your first order, you’ll receive an email with a link to your account. Simply click that to make any changes to your subscription. Any issues? Email us at support@kolkatachai.co and we’ll take care of it for you.

How quickly does my subscription ship?

Your subscription leaves our warehouse with 2 business days. Delays can occur during peak traffic times, so just reach out to us at support@kolkatachai.co if you’re experiencing any issues!

Can I use a discount code for my subscription?

Your subscription comes with a 15% discount, so unfortunately we don’t allow for extra discounts on top of that. We gotta pay our rent too!
