Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: Your order will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days and you will be notified of any delays via email. We are a small, independent company and therefore there may be occasional delays during holiday and festival seasons. You will always receive an email notification once your order has shipped containing a UPS or USPS tracking number which you can reference on the individual carrier's site.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carriers once the packages are out of our warehouse. In the case of any lost packages, we will always work to make sure to recover the package and/or send you a replacement. Please contact support@kolkatachai.co with any inquiries.
