Ingredients

1. 2 cups of milk

2. Evaporated milk

3. 2-3 tsp Kolkata Chai DIY Chai Kit

4. Pinch of salt
Optional

1. Handful of pistachios and almonds

2. Dollop of whipped cream

3. Sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin spice
Instructions
- 1. Heat up two cups of milk. Add a splash of evaporated milk for extra creaminess

2. Add in 2-3 tsp of Kolkata Chai DIY Kit (or as much as you would like)

3. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt

4. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once at a boil, turn the heat low and let simmer for a few minutes

5. Boil again at medium heat for around 1 min

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 as many times as you'd like to get a stronger taste

7. Strain and aerate your chai

8. Crush up pistachios or almonds to add to the top of your chai

9. Add a dollop of fresh whipped cream, crushed nuts and a dash of cinnamon or even pumpkin spice to top it off!
